Founded in 1983 by Mike Roberts, Roberts Builders, Inc. has been a trusted name in the construction industry for over four decades. As a family-owned and operated business, we take pride in combining traditional values with modern expertise to deliver exceptional results. Today, the company is proudly owned and managed by Mike’s sons, Casey Roberts and Jarrett Roberts, who continue their father’s legacy of excellence and integrity.

At Roberts Builders, Inc., we specialize in a wide range of construction services, including commercial, civil, and renovation projects. As licensed general contractors, we hold commercial licenses across Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, and Arkansas. Casey Roberts

President

Casey Roberts joined Roberts Builders, Inc. in 2000 and currently serves as the company’s President. With almost 30 years of experience, Casey is dedicated to ensuring the success of every project. His responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, and serving as a project manager, where his focus and commitment to excellence help drive the company’s continued growth and success.

Outside of work, Casey values quality time with his wife, Laura, and their two daughters, Ellie and Stella. He enjoys being an active part of his daughters’ lives and their activities.

Jarrett Roberts

Secretary/Treasurer

Jarrett Roberts joined Roberts Builders, Inc. in 2009 and serves as the company’s Secretary/Treasurer. In his role, Jarrett oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, and serves as Administrative Manager. His detail-oriented approach and dedication contribute to the company’s continued efficiency and financial stability.

When he is not working, Jarrett values spending time with his wife, Sara, and their three sons, Jaxson, Miller, and Whit. He enjoys supporting his sons in their activities and creating memories through family travel.

Natalie Ruedas

Office Secretary

Natalie Ruedas joined Roberts Builders, Inc. in 2010 and serves as the office secretary. In her role, Natalie assists with accounts receivable and accounts payable, and plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day office tasks. Her commitment and versatility make her an invaluable part of the team, helping to ensure smooth operations across the company.

In her personal time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her friends and family and cherishing moments with her daughter, Aryana.

Jay West

Project Manager/Cost Estimator

At Roberts Builders, Jay West serves as a Project Manager, as well as, a Cost Estimator. As a Project Manager, Jay is responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and leading team members to ensure that the project is delivered on time with the highest quality to the Owner.

As a Cost Estimator, Jay helps with pre-construction cost breakdowns and assesses each project to assure success in the construction phase. Jay has 5 years of experience in commercial architecture and construction.

Chris Moore

Project Manager

Chris Moore joined the company as Project Manager in 2023. Chris works with the executive team managing preconstruction and construction operations for each job. This includes active involvement in preconstruction planning, budgeting, and ongoing oversite of the construction project and its processes. As part of this work, Chris oversees project superintendents providing guidance for critical path items and monitors overall job costs. He utilizes his leadership abilities to bring projects to fruition.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mississippi State University and a Master of Science in Education Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University.  He has background knowledge and experience in the insurance field as an account executive for Life and Health, as well as in the educational field where he served as a public school administrator.

Chris and his family are active members of the Chapman Church of Christ. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Molly, and their three children, Chap, Lottie, and Eloise. Chris also enjoys hunting, fishing, and attending his children’s sporting events.

Dustin McMillin

Project Manager

Dustin McMillin is a seasoned Project Manager with a diverse background as a former educator, baseball coach, and administrator. His experience in leadership roles has honed his ability to manage teams effectively and navigate complex projects.

Outside of work, Dustin is a proud husband to Paige Cohea McMillin, owner of Macs & Milli, a beloved children’s clothing store. Together, they have three wonderful children: Jack, Sam, and Mary Catherine, who keep their lives vibrant and joyful.

In his free time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new activities with his kids, and long walks on the beach.

Alex Jones

Project Manager

Alex Jones is a seasoned Project Manager at Roberts Builders, who lives in Tiplersville, Mississippi. With a knowledge of various construction areas such as athletic field design, school renovations/additions, and commercial development projects. Alex has successfully delivered a wide range of projects that combine functionality, quality, and innovation.

Since joining Roberts Builders in 2017 as a field superintendent, Alex has demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical acumen. His transition to Project Manager in 2019 allowed him to leverage his expertise in planning, execution, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure project success.

Alex’s academic background includes a degree in Construction Engineering and an associate degree in Business Administration, both earned from Northeast Community College. These qualifications, coupled with his field experience, have equipped him with the skills to navigate the complexities of large-scale construction projects.

Known for his dedication and problem-solving abilities, Alex takes pride in delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

When not managing projects, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelsey, and son, Liam. They like to attend Mississippi State Athletic Events, vacations to the beach, and concerts together. They also like to spend time with their farm animals Spirit, Apollo, Q, and Oreo. Alex is a member of Unity Baptist Church. He approaches both work and life with unwavering commitment and integrity.
